Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at our support email to initiate a return and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
